Orders can be cancelled within 4 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order please send us an email on support@trava.in or call us on +91-8591538643 with your name, order number, order date, and mobile number.

All orders placed online will be delivered to the shipping address provided. You can input any address preferable for you to receive your order.

We recommend you create an account with us so that all of your order history is saved and your next purchase will be completed smoothly and in a time-efficient manner.

We use CCAvenue as our payment gateway which has been certified as fully compliant with PCI DSS version 3.2 which is the latest version sanctioned by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking information of your shipment.

We offer Free Delivery anywhere in India and all COD orders may attract an additional fee.

We offer many payment options like Cash on Delivery (available only for limited pin codes within India), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ezeClick, Diners Club, RuPay, etc.), Net Banking (for all major national and international banks), and many more options like mobile wallets (MobiKwik, PayTM, Freecharge, etc.) as well as EMI options with all major banks.

Trava offers a 6-month Warranty against all manufacturing, workmanship, and material defects. Please retain a copy of your invoice for claiming warranty. For submitting a claim, kindly email us (support@trava.in) your invoice along with images to illustrate the nature of the issue you are facing (to speed up the claim process). You can send the product on the given address – 17A, Sagar Shopping Centre, J.P. Road, Andheri West, Mumbai – 400058 (One side courier charges would be paid by the customer). Once the repairing is done by us will dispatch the same within 3-4 working days. (we would bear the return courier charges)

If no one is available to receive your package our shipping partner will get in touch with you over the phone and arrange for delivery on the next day or as per the communication between shipping partner and you.

If any product that you have ordered is not available in stock then our fulfilment team will reach out to you either via phone or email, to confirm an alternative colour or design within the same price range.

Once received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours (if received on weekdays) or 48 hours (if received on the weekend or public holidays) and it usually takes our delivery partners 3-7 working days to deliver the order at your doorstep
